FREE Standard Shipping for orders from $200. For the rest of the orders $10 flat rate.

PROCESSING

Each piece is individually hand-painted and can take 8 to 36 hours to be completed. We also have other pieces in the making process, please allow 3 to 6 business days to complete your exclusive piece and process the order. Times may vary due to the number of orders we are handling at the moment.

DELIVERY
For all US orders we offer UPS Standard Shipping. Please allow 3-5 more days to receive your order. Delivery time does not include Sundays or holidays.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been processed you will receive an email notification with the tracking information. Clicking on your tracking number should take you to your item's tracking page. If clicking on the number doesn't work automatically, then simply contact us at map@by-map.com
